Located approximately 4 km southeast of Phuket Town, it is a bustling hub for ferries, speedboats, and private yachts.

The pier operates year-round with frequent departures, particularly in the morning.

Koh Phi Phi (Tonsai Pier):
- Ferry: Departs at 08:30, 11:00, 13:30, 13:45, and 15:00 (approx. 2 hours).
- Speedboat: Frequent departures starting from 08:30 until 15:30 (approx. 1 hour).
Koh Lanta: Speedboats typically depart at 08:30 and 12:30 (approx. 1.5 hours).
Krabi (Ao Nang/Railay): Ferry connections available at 08:30 and 13:30 (approx. 3 hours).
